All Weather BVLOS
Cargo Bay
The cargo bay is built for practical, repeatable logistics missions - optimized for fast loading, secure retention, and efficient turnaround. Its layout supports common cargo formats and mission kits, helping operators move supplies with minimal ground time and consistent handling procedures.

Safety
Safety is designed into cargo operations through redundancy, controlled flight behavior, and clear operational envelopes. The system is built to reduce workload on the team, support predictable mission execution, and maintain safe performance across routine and high-tempo logistics scenarios.

Operation
Operational simplicity is a core capability, enabling small teams to plan, launch, monitor, and complete missions efficiently. The platform is designed for quick deployment, streamlined procedures, and high availability, supporting frequent sorties without complex infrastructure.

All Weather BVLOS
All-weather BVLOS capability supports reliable logistics even when conditions are challenging and routes extend beyond line of sight. It is designed to maintain mission continuity, expand operational reach, and enable efficient operations across a wider range of environments.

AI Assisted Mission Planning and Fleet Management
VTOL
Vertical Takeoff and Landing (VTOL) enables cargo missions from constrained or improvised sites - near warehouses, forward locations, or remote communities - without runways. This shortens the “last mile,” increases flexibility, and allows delivery closer to the point of need.
Winch
Winch operations enable pickup and delivery when landing is impractical, unsafe, or unnecessary. This supports precise placement of cargo in tight areas, uneven terrain, or sensitive zones - reducing exposure time on the ground while expanding mission options.

Air Drop
Air drop enables rapid delivery without landing, supporting time-critical resupply and emergency response. It’s suited for situations where access is limited or risk is elevated, allowing supplies to reach teams and locations quickly and efficiently.

Modular Bay (Including Climate Controlled modules)
The modular bay supports fast reconfiguration for different mission profiles and payload types, including climate-controlled modules for temperature-sensitive goods. This flexibility allows the same aircraft to serve diverse logistics needs - medical, humanitarian, commercial, or defense - while keeping operations consistent and scalable.

AI Assisted Mission Planning and Fleet Management
AI-assisted mission planning and fleet management helps optimize routes, schedules, and asset utilization based on priorities and constraints. It supports faster planning cycles, improved fleet availability, and more consistent execution across multi-aircraft logistics operations.

Ground Control Unit
Carries LTE, SATCOM, and tactical radio links simultaneously as an always-active, multi-path communications architecture. If one link degrades or is lost, the system transitions to the next available path without interrupting command and control or telemetry.

For autonomous logistics missions, the integrity of the flight control system is a mission - critical requirement and has been validated through operational flights.

Power
Built around an all-electric architecture, AIR Cargo's power system combines intelligent energy distribution with distributed propulsion to create a highly responsive and efficient flight platform. Power is continuously managed across the aircraft to optimize performance, maintain system balance, and support smooth flight behavior.

Propulsion
AIR Cargo’s distributed electric propulsion architecture delivers precise control, enhanced efficiency, and exceptional reliability through independently managed propulsion units. By distributing thrust across multiple motors, the system provides smooth handling, improved redundancy, and consistent aircraft performance across the mission profile. This reduced mechanical complexity provides a quieter, simpler, and more reliable propulsion solution built for demanding operations.

Aerodynamics
AIR Cargo was engineered around a simple principle: utilization of airflow in forward flight. During cruise, approximately 60% of total lift is generated aerodynamically by the wings, reducing propulsion power demand and improving efficiency.

By avoiding tilt-motor architectures and other complex transition mechanisms, AIR Cargo eliminates unnecessary weight and mechanical complexity while remaining optimized for its target cruise performance. The result is a simpler, lighter aircraft that achieves efficient forward flight through intelligent aerodynamic design.

Flight Dynamics
AIR Cargo is built around an intentionally simple architecture with a minimal number of moving parts. Its electric motors are the only critical moving components across the design, generating both lift and thrust while eliminating the need for traditional control surfaces. This streamlined design reduces mechanical complexity, improves reliability, and simplifies maintenance.

Aircraft control is achieved through distributed propulsion, with coordinated thrust across the motors enabling precise maneuvering.

Ground Control Station
Charging
Whether operating from established facilities or remote logistics points, the system enables streamlined charging workflows and reduced turnaround time - supporting consistent mission readiness without the complexity of traditional aviation infrastructure. The aircraft can recharge via generators in the field or from fixed locations.

Transportability & Storage
Operational readiness starts on the ground. AIR Cargo’s folding wing architecture enables a compact storage profile and efficient overland transport, reducing the burden of deployment and infrastructure requirements.
Designed to be trailerable and tow-capable, the aircraft can be relocated, staged, and stored with minimal support equipment. The result is a cargo platform built for rapid deployment, distributed operations, and efficient logistics from warehouse to launch point.

Maintenance
AIR Cargo is designed for minimal maintenance and maximum uptime. With a minimal moving-part architecture and no traditional control surfaces or landing gear systems, routine servicing is simplified and inspection cycles are streamlined.

The result is lower operational overhead, faster turnaround, and a platform built to stay mission-ready.

Ground Control Station
AIR's Ground Control Station is designed for operational efficiency at scale. A single operator can monitor and manage up to 3 aircraft simultaneously maintaining full situational awareness across the fleet while the Fly-By-Intent™ autonomous layer handles real-time flight management for each unit.

The GCS is field-deployable and self-contained, built to operate from forward logistics centers, vehicles, or fixed facilities. Whether managing a single aircraft or coordinating a multi-unit operation, the system scales to the mission without additional infrastructure or crew.
