AIR ONE Takes Off for the first time

After receiving its airworthiness certificate, AIR ONE has successfully completed its first full-scale test flight.

The AIR ONE took flight in the green fields of Megiddo in northern Israel. AIR ONE completed multiple hovers throughout the day and the following two weeks, safely lifting off, hovering in place, and returning to the ground, performing optimally in a stable flight envelope.

As we enter the flight-testing phase of development, we can see day by day results of the team’s dedication to making the AIR ONE come to life and into our customers hands. There are many more flights on schedule for the AIR ONE, ranging from hover, to full flight envelope testing and we will continue to update with media content of the progress.

This is a great development, I can see a lot of possibilities. But I can't wait for more development to go into the battery capacity to exceed 1hr flight time and for the increase in the range also. All in all it's a great vehicle. And I can't wait to get one. What's the price range by the way?

Very interesting! Congratulations on the test flight. It would be great farm hopping transportation. Maybe some wheeled floats for water landings too?

Airone is an exciting platform. It will be interesting to follow the development, especially of the wing, which is a very important technological addition to the vehicle, extending range. The airfoil is not yet optimized so the wing shape development will progress and hopefully increase cruise range as greater lift load is transferred to the wing. Can not wsit to get my Airone!
